Exchanges: For a different size— can be made within 5 business days from receiving your order. You will be responsible for all shipping costs— please fill out the exchange form on our website.

Orders are processed between 3-5 business days*. Effortless will contact you if an item is out of stock or if additional information is required for credit verification.

*Note: Orders placed on a Friday after 11am HST and over the weekend will not start being processed until the following Monday. Our hours of operation are Monday-Friday. We are closed on all major holidays.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for your tracking number to show any updates.

Orders will not be refunded for packages that are not accepted by recipient.
