FAQ

  • Orders are processed between 3-5 business days*. Effortless will contact you if an item is out of stock or if additional information is required for credit verification.

  • Returns: ALL SALES ARE FINAL, NO RETURNS- please contact effortlesswim@gmail.com for any questions.

    • Exchange requests must be submitted within 5 business days of receiving your order.
    • To start an exchange, please fill out our Exchange Request Form with your order details and a photo of the item showing it is unworn and with liner.

    Sale Items: ALL SALES ARE FINAL, NO RETURNS, NO EXCHANGES-

  • Once your order has been placed we can not revise it. But we do offer exchanges for different sizes.

  • Contact us at effortlesswim@gmail.com within 5 days from the time your package was delivered so we can arrange for a replacement or repair.

  • We reserve the right to cancel items off your order that we are unable to fill. We apologize for the inconvenience.

  • Unfortunately, once packages are in the carrier's hands, they are out of our control. You need to work directly with USPS to resolve this issue.

Exchange + Shipping

  • Orders are processed between 3-5 business days*. Effortless will contact you if an item is out of stock or if additional information is required for credit verification.

    *Note: Orders placed on a Friday after 11am HST and over the weekend will not start being processed until the following Monday. Our hours of operation are Monday-Friday. We are closed on all major holidays.

    Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for your tracking number to show any updates.

    Orders will not be refunded for packages that are not accepted by recipient.

    Effortless Swim is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that are confirmed delivered by tracking. The customer is responsible for any loss or damage of these items.

  • Exchanges: For a different size— can be made within 5 business days from receiving your order. You will be responsible for all shipping costs— please contact effortlesswim@gmail.com with a photo of the suit you received.

    seamless + reversible for your comfort. The model is wearing a size Medium for reference. Effortless Swim is moderate but cheeky coverage.
