Once your order has been placed we can not revise it. But we do offer exchanges for different sizes.
WHAT IS YOUR FABRIC MADE OF?
All swim is 82% Nylon, 18% Spandex, seamless + reversible for your comfort. We only use recycled fabric.
WHAT IF I RECEIVE THE INCORRECT ITEMS OR MY ITEMS ARE FAULTY?
Contact us at effortlesswim@gmail.com within 5 days from the time your package was delivered so we can arrange for a replacement or repair.
WHY WERE UNITS REMOVED FROM MY ORDER? AND WHY WAS I REFUNDED?
We reserve the right to cancel items off your order that we are unable to fill. We apologize for the inconvenience.
WHAT IF MY PACKAGE SAYS DELIVERED, BUT I DID NOT RECEIVE?
Unfortunately, once packages are in the carrier's hands, they are out of our control. You need to work directly with USPS to resolve this issue.
